Founded in 1981 by Eleni Matharikou, the agency began as a creative studio providing production services for leading national campaigns. In 1995, the agency entered a new era under the leadership of Gelly Matharikou, who brought her academic background in Marketing & Communication into play. Her direction preserved the company’s core values—creativity, professionalism, and respect—while expanding its reach and modernizing its services. Over the years, the agency specialized in child talent, becoming one of Greece’s first and most established kids modeling agencies. In 2016, it launched the Family Division, broadening its portfolio to include entire families and adults for large-scale campaigns. Today, Matharikou Models operates through two main divisions: Matharikou Kids – representing children and teens in TV commercials, series, photo shoots, and films. Matharikou Agency – focused on adult talent including actors, athletes, and performers for both local and international projects.
