Math Coach Connection is a professional learning and consulting organization focused on helping schools strengthen their mathematics coaching programs. Founded by Marta and Polly, who bring more than 60 years of combined experience in teaching, coaching, and supporting schools, the organization works with math coaches, lead teachers, administrators, and school teams. Its approach is grounded in the belief that equitable mathematics teaching and learning can empower teachers, students, and communities, with a vision centered on access and joy.

Services include strategic planning, support in developing math improvement plans, and professional learning tailored to school and coach needs. Support is available online or onsite and may include mentoring, “Coaching the Coach” cycles, lesson studies, math studios, one-to-one coaching, and collaborative coaching groups. The organization also offers synchronous and asynchronous courses on coaching practice, mathematics content, equity, and access. Its resources include coaching materials and a monthly online professional learning network for math coaches.
