Matilda’s Event Barn is a family-owned event venue at Kleiser Farm in Troy, Indiana. Set away from the bustle of everyday life, the property offers a scenic setting across 80 acres of rolling hills and pasture. Its 4,000-square-foot barn provides room for celebrations, while panoramic hilltop views create an inviting backdrop for ceremonies and gatherings.
Opened in 2020 by Jane and her four daughters, Matilda’s grew from the family’s long-standing connection to the farm, which has been in the Kleiser family since the 1860s. The property includes four buildings designed to support event needs: the event barn, the Kleiser House, a hair and makeup studio, and bridal suites.
Matilda’s welcomes a range of occasions, including weddings, intimate reunions, and corporate events, and encourages clients to bring their own ideas to life. The family aims to make the farm a welcoming place to celebrate, with personal support and access to decorations included at no extra charge. The venue combines rustic countryside surroundings with a modern barn and comfortable farmhouse accommodations.
