Matpris

Matpris is a Norwegian grocery-shopping app developed by Laminar AS to help consumers compare prices, assess product quality and find worthwhile offers. Available on iOS and Android, the app brings together weekly flyers and digital campaigns from major chains, including Kiwi, Rema 1000, Extra, Obs, Meny, Spar and Bunnpris. Users can search for products, brands or categories instead of browsing each flyer themselves.

Matpris evaluates many offers with a dice-based rating, using artificial intelligence and a database of more than eight million prices to compare products and show whether a discount represents genuine savings. The app also provides historical prices and price trends, and forecasts upcoming offers to support weekly meal and shopping planning. Its shopping list can suggest deals, add items from flyers, scan product barcodes and be shared with others. Basic browsing and offer searches are free; creating a free account enables saved and shared lists. Matpris Plus adds AI-based health assessments, product comparisons and more tailored recommendations.
