Matronas Parto Natural

Matronas Parto Natural is a Madrid-based midwifery team offering continuous, personalized care throughout pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. Patricia Antón, Mercedes Simón and Raquel Durán, alongside Dr. Suárez, provide one-to-one support designed to help women feel safe, respected and involved in decisions about their care. The team specializes in natural birth, including birth in water, and offers guidance from the first questions and early contractions through delivery and recovery.

Services include prenatal yoga and mindfulness, childbirth preparation, support with creating a birth plan, and courses focused on movement during pregnancy. After birth, families can access postpartum yoga, personalized breastfeeding advice and lactation workshops. The practice emphasizes a calm, supportive environment and care informed by scientific evidence, while respecting each woman’s wishes and individual needs. Its approach aims to provide a consistent relationship with a midwife, practical guidance and emotional support for both mother and baby. The team also highlights the value of involving partners and maintaining attentive care during this important life experience.
