Matsuhisa Beverly Hills is the original restaurant founded by sushi chef Nobu Matsuhisa, opening in 1987. Located on North La Cienega Boulevard, it introduced diners to Nobu’s distinctive blend of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine and became the starting point for a culinary legacy that now spans more than 40 locations across five continents.
