Matsumoto Craft Promotion Association, established in 1987, aims to spread the joy of craftsmanship to a wide audience. As an NPO, we organize events like the annual Crafts Fair Matsumoto and Crafts Picnic to connect creators, users, and aspiring artisans. Our headquarters in Nagano houses a dedicated team of about 50 volunteers and staff, coordinating various projects like the Crafts Fair Committee, Crafts Picnic Committee, and craft magazine editorial teams. The quarterly magazine, Tanagokoro, showcases craftwork and features both creators and users.
