Schober also works as a certified Scrum Master and PMI-ACP, supporting enterprise Agile teams through team launch, sprint facilitation, impediment removal, backlog planning, and delivery improvement. His experience includes leading teams on cloud data and application projects, including a $3 million AWS data lake engagement.
