Chef Curtis Stone realized a lifelong dream when he opened his first solo restaurant, Maude, in Beverly Hills, California in February 2014. Named after his late paternal grandmother, Maude is a restaurant that pays homage to Curtis' first culinary mentor. What started as monthly tasting menus devoted to a single hero ingredient and later inspired by great wine regions, Maude now enters its next chapter.

The focus has shifted towards refined Southern Californian cuisine, highlighting the finest local ingredients, from the land to the sea.
