Ancient Trance Festival is a vibrant celebration of cultural diversity and handmade music rooted in the ancient traditions of humanity. Organized by a dedicated team of volunteers from Maultrommel e.V., the festival serves as a platform for an eclectic mix of artists, focusing on the traditional sound of the Jew's harp, one of the oldest instruments known. The festival seeks to connect various musical styles, drawing on shamanic traditions and modern ecstatic world music.

Emphasizing communal growth and connection, the festival is structured around sociocratic principles, promoting equality, respect, and open dialogue among participants. Each organizational member has a voice, allowing for collective intelligence to guide decisions, celebrating both individuality and cooperation.

Attendees can expect a unique blend of workshops and performances designed to foster personal development and mindfulness. The festival not only prioritizes enjoyment but also aims to inspire positive change and environmental awareness, creating a meaningful experience for all involved. Join us to celebrate life, music, and community!.
