About Association of Mauritian Manufacturers
The Association des Manufacturiers Mauriciens (AMM) is the voice of the Mauritian private sector representing the local manufacturing industry. The AMM, also known as the "local industry," focuses on meeting domestic market demands. They have introduced the Made in Moris™ label to showcase Mauritian production through brands and products.
The AMM and Made in Moris work together to assist a diverse group of entrepreneurs in training, innovation, internationalization, and corporate social responsibility. The local industry is a vital pillar in Mauritius' economic and social development, contributing 8. 5% to the GDP with Rs 27 billion in annual revenue and providing 150,000 jobs.
