MAV Coffee is a brand with a rich family history in coffee, spanning over five generations. Established in 2005, MAV Coffee is relatively new to the industry but sees this as an advantage, as it brings a fresh perspective and the ability to innovate without being bound by tradition. The brand's main focus is to make coffee better and fairer for everyone involved.

Under the MAV Coffee brand, the fourth and fifth generations of the family manage three single-origin private farms: San Antonio Juayúa, Valle de Oro, and La Pacaya. These farms have undergone agricultural management in collaboration with Lean Coffee Management, resulting in sustainable and environmentally friendly production. MAV Coffee's mission is to prove that coffee can be a sustainable and ethical way of life in El Salvador, preserving it as a cultural heritage.
