Maven Pet Health develops a clinically validated health tracker for dogs and cats, designed to make changes in a pet’s well-being easier to notice and discuss with a veterinarian. Its wearable sensor attaches to a pet’s existing collar, turning it into a smart collar that monitors patterns around the clock. Through an app, owners can review activity and rest, resting respiratory rate, heart rate, and itching behaviors; dog tracking also includes drinking patterns. The system compares readings with each pet’s baseline, highlights meaningful changes, and provides alerts and historical trends.

Maven says its product was developed with veterinary input and is supported by published research on tracking key health signals. Its tools are intended to help pet owners observe potential changes associated with concerns such as heart disease, skin conditions, arthritis, diabetes, and chronic kidney disease, and to bring clearer information to veterinary appointments. Maven offers products for both dogs and cats, along with educational resources, research, and customer stories.
