MaWiKi Racing Team is a privately run German motorsport project built on a lifelong passion for motorcycle racing and Ducati. Bringing together experienced amateur track riders and racing mechanics, the team combines hands-on expertise with a professional approach to preparation and competition. Team principal Manfred Willy Kirschler draws on decades of track experience, while international racer Sheridan “Shez” Morais brings experience from endurance and other world championship series.
The team races a Ducati Panigale V4R and competes in Portugal’s CNV championship, with a focus on careful setup, technical preparation, data, timing and teamwork. MaWiKi opened its 2025 CNV campaign at Estoril with two race victories and has also shared updates on testing and racing at circuits including Rijeka and Portimão. Beyond competition, the team’s website offers information about its members, a racing photo gallery and blog updates covering its seasons and events.
MaWiKi presents itself as a private passion project driven by commitment, technical focus and the goal of improving every lap
