Maxlabtraining

Maxlabtraining is a basketball training organization based in Wichita, Kansas, focused on helping athletes prepare for the demands of real competition. Led by Coach Adrian Maloney Jr., a former college player and coach, the program draws on his experience training NBA and overseas professional players. Its approach centers on game-situation coaching rather than repetitive drills, helping players develop basketball IQ, advanced skills, and confidence under pressure.

Maxlabtraining offers private and small-group training. Private sessions provide customized one-on-one coaching, targeted skill development, situational practice, and immediate feedback, with flexible scheduling. Group sessions combine competition, teamwork, and hands-on instruction in an affordable training environment. Workouts can cover scenarios such as pick-and-roll reads, dribble handoffs, defensive decisions, and advanced finishing.

The organization emphasizes active coaching, with Coach Adrian demonstrating drills and engaging directly with athletes. It also highlights supportive relationships with players and families and a clean facility. Maxlabtraining reports more than 100 athletes trained, over 10 years of experience, and more than 50 college and professional athletes coached.
