MaxPro Hockey Club

MaxPro Hockey Club is a specialized hockey training program based in the Boston, Massachusetts area, serving players of all ages and skill levels. Led by Coach Max Gratchev, the club draws on his professional playing career in North America and Russia and his experience in personal training. Its coaching approach combines elements associated with Russian hockey, including finesse, speed, and playmaking, with North American strengths such as physicality, aggressive forechecking, and grit.

Sessions are designed to be fast-paced and engaging, with training methods intended to support players’ individual strengths and goals. The club offers in-season training and clinics, as well as summer programs. Its listed offerings include in-season clinics at Dexter Southfield, single-day clinics, themed training events, and the Red Machine summer program. MaxPro Hockey Club also provides club merchandise and shares program updates through its mailing list. The club notes that some of its alumni have advanced to professional hockey, including the NHL.
