For the professional exchange about and the Art and the life of Max Weinberg. After the death of the famous artist and the closing of his atelier in Frankfurt, the Max Weinberg Gallery was opened in 2019 in memory of the beloved artist (born 19.01.1928 in Kassel, d. 18.04.2018 in Frankfurt am Mein) who filled the city of Frankfurt with his unearthly, provocative, colourful artworks over the last five decades.

About Max Weinberg Gallery
The Max Weinberg Gallery, founded in 2019 by Jonatan Weinberg, is a special place in Frankfurt am Main that offers visitors a unique 360° experience into the life and artworks of Max Weinberg. Located in the neighborhood where Max Weinberg began his successful career as a painter and sculptor in the 60s, the gallery showcases a diverse range of paintings, drawings, writings, and pictures that filled Max's life in Frankfurt. Despite the challenges of the Covid crisis, the gallery has continued to host exhibitions, allowing guests to intimately engage with Max's art.
In May 2022, the gallery moved to a new headquarters in the heart of Frankfurt am Main, where it continues to preserve Max Weinberg's artistic legacy. Additionally, the gallery collaborates with international art galleries, collectors, and cultural associations to organize special events and exhibitions. While most of the Weinberg inheritance is preserved for future generations, a portion is made available for collectors and art lovers.
