MayDay Organizer

Mayday Organizer is a professional organizing service serving Kansas City and the surrounding area. Led by Michelle May, a certified professional organizer, the business helps individuals and families declutter, clean, and organize their homes, bringing order to living spaces and greater simplicity to everyday life. Its services are especially suited to periods of transition, including moving, downsizing, preparing rooms for guests or family, and managing the belongings of a loved one who has passed away.

Clients can request pre- and post-move support, room-by-room or whole-house organizing, help organizing children’s and teens’ spaces for school, and storage-unit organization. The process begins with a quick, judgment-free assessment and offers practical guidance on what to keep, donate, or discard. Michelle works hands-on alongside clients, sharing tips and coaching as the work progresses. Mayday Organizer can also arrange donation hauling and provides a detailed follow-up. With a supportive, side-by-side approach, the service aims to help households navigate change and create more manageable, peaceful spaces.
