Maylifeboxclub

Maylife Boxclub is a boxing and fitness club in Cologne-Fühlingen, led by former professional boxers Rüdiger and Torsten May. Based in a distinctive gym near Fühlinger See, the club offers training for a range of experience levels, from beginners and recreational boxers to athletes preparing to compete. Licensed trainers guide sessions in a friendly, family-oriented environment, where members can learn and practise boxing techniques in mixed groups. Partner exercises are optional and supervised.

The club’s programme includes fitness boxing, competition-focused training and fight preparation, as well as general strength and conditioning. Members can also take kettlebell sessions led by StrongFirst instructor Marc Lambertz. For businesses, Maylife provides corporate boxing and individual workshops. Training aims to develop strength, endurance, coordination and confidence, while also supporting mental focus and discipline. Facilities include a weight-training room and sauna. With flexible training times available six days a week, Maylife Boxclub offers a varied setting for improving fitness, learning boxing and becoming part of a motivated community.
