Shadow Art, the creative partnership of renowned Jordanian artists Maysoon Masalha and Bassam Al-Selawi, specializes in captivating shadow sculptures that blend modern artistic techniques with traditional Arabic calligraphy. Based in the United Arab Emirates, their innovative work reveals hidden dimensions through interplay between light and shadow, creating a mesmerizing experience for viewers.

Masalha and Al-Selawi have developed a signature technique that transforms intricate calligraphic designs into stunning three-dimensional sculptures that evoke emotional narratives. Crafted primarily from resin, their pieces often feature verses from the Quran or poetic phrases that come to life in the form of beautiful shadows on the wall, prompting reflection and insight.

Their art is showcased in a dedicated gallery at Art Hub, where they also educate others about the transformative power of creativity. In addition to their gallery exhibitions, they actively participate in international art fairs and cultural festivals, sharing their visionary works with audiences around the globe. Shadow Art redefines viewer interaction with art, turning each piece into a thought-provoking dialogue between tradition and modernity.
