Mazpulki is the largest non-governmental organization for children and youth in Latvia. They aim to empower young people through various projects and activities. One of their projects, Give a Way to Youth!, is a comprehensive initiative consisting of 11 interconnected activities.

Its goal is to enhance youth participation opportunities in rural areas of Latvia, fostering their confidence to influence decision-making processes and promoting a sense of belonging to the country. The project involves engaging young people directly and analyzing their participation process to improve youth policies in the regions. Mazpulki also organizes conferences and workshops, providing a platform for youth to exchange ideas and develop their capabilities.

Furthermore, the organization collaborates with international partners, aligning with European Economic Area and Norwegian financial instruments to strengthen democracy culture and civic participation in Latvia. By integrating the Norwegian experience, they aim to develop young people's abilities to influence decisions and enhance local governments' engagement with youth in civic participation. Mazpulki is supported financially by Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein, with a grant of 105,000 euros from the European Economic Area and Norwegian financial instruments program.

As the administrator of this funding, Active Citizens Fund facilitates its implementation in Latvia from 2020 to 2024, focusing on strengthening civil society, civic participation, and empowering vulnerable groups within society
