About MBAN
The Malaysian Business Angel Network (MBAN) is the official trade association and governing body for angel investors and angel clubs in Malaysia. MBAN's vision is to become the official voice of the Malaysian angel investor community, fostering the development of the angel investing ecosystem within the country. MBAN supports investors and the ecosystem through various initiatives.
They provide angel education through workshops and courses, organize pitch sessions to showcase potential deal flows, and facilitate networking opportunities with the wider start-up ecosystem. Additionally, MBAN advocates for policies that benefit the investing public and provides verification and certification for angel investors and clubs in Malaysia. The Council, led by the President, makes key decisions for the Association, while the daily operations are managed by an Executive Director and a Manager.
