About MBC-Hemau
Modellbau Club Hemau e.V. is a model aviation club founded in 1981, dedicated to supporting and promoting air sports, especially model flying. Its purpose also includes encouraging young people to take part in the sport. The club brings together members interested in model aircraft and provides information about its flying field, membership, and ways to get involved.
The club’s activities include flying events and gatherings for model pilots. Its published calendar and news feature events such as glider competitions, motor-glider meetings, seasonal flying days, and celebrations marking the club’s 45th anniversary in 2026. The website also shares photographs from club activities and offers details about a holiday activity registration, alongside information for visitors on how to find the club.
Modellbau Club Hemau e.V. serves as a community for people interested in model aviation, combining opportunities to fly, attend events, and connect with fellow enthusiasts. Through its focus on both the sport and youth participation, the club supports the continuing practice of model flying in Hemau.
