Ontario Minor Hockey

Mount Brydges Minor Hockey, home of the Mount Brydges Cougars, is a community hockey association serving young players and families in Mount Brydges and the surrounding area. The organization offers teams across age groups from U5 to U18, with divisions that include both local league and competitive play. Its programs include development opportunities, conditioning and sorting skates, team practices, games, and tryouts. The association also hosts tournaments, including the Mount Brydges Cougars Showdown, and supports community events such as the Dante Caranci Memorial Tournament.

The organization helps families take part in the hockey season through online registration, team-finding resources, schedules, scores, and updates. It provides guidance and resources for coaches, trainers, team managers, and parents, including coach education, trainer education, concussion protocols, injury reporting, travel permits, team budgets, and player pathways. Volunteer opportunities are also available, with families able to sign up for shifts. Led by association staff and volunteers, Mount Brydges Minor Hockey aims to support player development, participation, and a positive community hockey experience.
