DART (Drone and Aerospace Tech) is a nonprofit organization committed to advancing the Drone and Aerospace technology sectors, ensuring equitable access to quality jobs. Established in the Monterey Bay area, DART focuses on the development and support of uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) and advanced air mobility (AAM) technologies, which are reshaping industries like transportation, agriculture, and public safety. By fostering strategic collaborations with businesses, government entities, community organizations, and educational institutions, DART aims to implement innovative strategies that enhance workforce training, infrastructure development, and policy advocacy.

DART’s initiatives include the Advanced Manufacturing Apprenticeship Program in partnership with Joby Aviation, offering residents hands-on manufacturing training, and various educational workshops and symposiums.
