MBodied Art

MBodied Art Studio offers creative education and facilitator training centered on the personal and reflective power of art. Based in Westminster, the studio provides adult art classes, including acrylic painting, watercolor, drawing and abstract painting, with online and in-person options that teach foundational skills. Its signature Paint From Your Soul™ program is designed for women who want to guide others through self-discovery with art without presenting their work as therapy or pursuing a therapy degree.

The training combines participants’ experience of the process, instruction in a structured facilitation framework, and practice in small groups. It prepares facilitators to help clients begin creating, navigate moments of uncertainty and explore the meaning they find in their artwork. The studio also offers marketing guidance, including a plug-and-play strategy and funnel components, to help trainees develop their creative work.

For those seeking an introduction, Art for Breakthroughs presents the studio’s five-part framework, client examples and five marketing essentials. MBodied Art Studio describes its mission as extending the empowering potential of art to more women
