Le Millennium Challenge Account Sénégal II (MCA- Sénégal II) est une personne morale de droit public dotée de l’autonomie administrative qui est placé sous la tutelle technique du Secrétariat général de la Présidence de la République et sous la tutelle financière du Ministère en charge des Finances. Créé le 07 janvier 2020, le MCA-Sénégal II est chargée de la mise en œuvre du Senegal Power Compact qui est un accord entre le gouvernement du Sénégal et le gouvernement des Etats Unis d’Amérique, à travers le Millennium Challenge Corporation. Le Senegal Power Compact a l’objectif de générer une croissance économique et de réduire la pauvreté.
