About Boursiers McCall MacBain Scholars
Boursiers McCall MacBain Scholars is Canada's pioneering scholarship program for master's and professional degree studies. Created in 2019 with a landmark gift of $200 million by John and Marcy McCall MacBain, the program aims to cultivate a diverse and dynamic group of leaders who are driven to make a positive impact in the world. The scholarships are not only based on academic excellence, but also on leadership potential and a passion for creating meaningful change.
Through the McCall MacBain Scholarships, students receive a full graduate scholarship that includes mentorship, interdisciplinary learning, and a global community. The program offers a comprehensive curriculum that equips scholars with the knowledge and skills they need to accelerate their impact on society. Additionally, the scholarships foster opportunities for personal and professional growth, providing scholars with the tools to become effective and influential leaders.
With the expansion of the program in fall 2023, Boursiers McCall MacBain Scholars will welcome international students, further enriching the diverse and inclusive community. By nurturing promising leaders with an entrepreneurial spirit, the program aims to empower individuals to create positive change not just for themselves, but for the world around them.
