McDoodles

McDoodles is a family-run breeder in Val Caron, Ontario, specializing in petite and mini Goldendoodles. Led by the McAlpine family, whose experience with dogs spans training, breeding, showing, and operating a dog resort, the program is built around treating dogs as family members and helping puppies transition into loving homes. McDoodles aims to raise healthy, confident puppies with good temperaments and conformation, offering a variety of colours and coat types.

The breeding dogs live in the family’s homes or with guardian families and undergo health screening, including assessments of hips, elbows, and patellas, as well as genetic testing for conditions common to the parent breeds. Puppies receive early socialization and age-appropriate introductions to handling, crate routines, leash walking, potty training, and problem-solving activities. McDoodles also emphasizes educating prospective owners about responsible dog care and preparing them to continue their puppy’s development. Families can explore current and planned litters, review parent profiles, and submit an adoption application. The website also features FAQs, videos, photo galleries, and updates from the McDoodle community.
