About Mcgkl
The Malaysia Culture Group's "Explorers Out and About" is a self-contained group that embarks on exciting adventures throughout Kuala Lumpur and its surrounding areas. This international group, organized by members for members, offers monthly excursions to off-the-beaten-path destinations with unique cultural perspectives.
Whether it's an orchid nursery specializing in tissue culturing, Thean Hou temple during Chinese New Year, or a behind-the-scenes visit to KLPAC with a traditional dance workshop, each excursion promises a fascinating experience. Explorers Out and About also includes visits to the Malaysian Anti Corruption Agency and Chinese burial grounds, where participants are introduced to the ancient art of Chinese calligraphy.
Membership in Explorer's Out & About requires a spirit of adventure, an inquisitive mind, and a commitment to attend all excursions throughout the year.
