McNeill Prosthetics Lab is a husband-and-wife prosthetic-care practice founded by Tess and Josh McNeill. They combine lived experience with clinical expertise to provide personal, compassionate support from pre-operative planning through lifelong prosthetic management. Tess, a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist and upper-extremity prosthesis user, brings firsthand understanding of limb difference, while Josh, a Certified Prosthetist, contributes decades of technical skill and fabrication experience.

Services include pre- and post-operative consultations, recovery support, in-house evaluation, measurement, fabrication and custom fitting, plus follow-up adjustments, socket replacements and component updates. The lab provides lower- and upper-limb prostheses, including advanced and microprocessor-controlled systems and myoelectric control options. Specialized offerings include pediatric and congenital care, activity-specific devices for sports, recreation and water activities, and custom cosmetic covers.

McNeill Prosthetics Lab emphasizes individualized goals, practical function and ongoing relationships. Its team helps patients consider options and timelines, prepare for prosthetic use, and adapt devices as bodies and needs change. The practice also connects patients with peer advocates and participates in international volunteer clinics and Adventure Amputee Camp.
