Infant lessons serve babies aged 6–24 months through short, frequent sessions focused on water comfort and floating. Toddlers aged 2–4 learn the swim-float-swim technique to develop independence and safer movement in the water. Children aged 5–12 can work on technique, confidence, and readiness for recreation or swim team, with flexible booking options. Teens and adults receive customized one-on-one coaching, from learning basic skills to refining advanced strokes.

For swimmers looking to progress in a group setting, MC Swim Coaching also offers kids’ workouts focused on stroke development, endurance, and active fun, along with an adult Masters Swim Club for performance improvement, competition, or structured exercise. Its programs aim to help swimmers develop skills they can use throughout life.
