McDonald's Kinderhilfe Stiftung

McDonald's Kinderhilfe Stiftung is a charitable organization that has been dedicated to the health and well-being of children and their families since 1987. Their main focus is on providing support to families with seriously ill children by building and operating Ronald McDonald Houses and Oases throughout Germany. These houses and oases serve as a home away from home for families who need to be close to their child receiving treatment in a hospital.

The organization offers two programs to achieve their goal of helping seriously ill and disadvantaged children and their families. The Ronald McDonald Houses provide temporary accommodation for parents near the hospital where their child is being treated, while the Ronald McDonald Oases offer a retreat within the hospital for outpatient children and their loved ones. With 23 Ronald McDonald Houses and 6 Oases across the country, the McDonald's Kinderhilfe Stiftung ensures that families have a supportive and comforting environment during difficult times.
