About Meadesmoore
Meadesmoore is a modern steakhouse in Singapore’s Telok Ayer district, bringing a contemporary take to the grand steakhouses of the early 1900s in the United States and United Kingdom. Helmed by Executive Chef Victor Loy, the restaurant focuses on unusual cuts of beef and other meats, sourced from trusted, award-winning small producers around the world. Its beef programme considers factors such as breed, feeding, environment, ageing, handling and muscle structure, selecting steaks for distinctive flavour, texture and depth rather than prestige alone.
The range includes highly marbled fullblood Wagyu as well as lesser-known secondary cuts. Steaks are charcoal-grilled and served with hearty side dishes designed for sharing, with decadent desserts to complete the meal. Meadesmoore also offers menu specials, events, reservations, and delivery and takeaway services.
