Meadowlark Community Preschool & Infant Center is an early childhood education provider in Inglewood, serving children from 3 months to 5 years. The school partners with families to nurture confident, capable, compassionate, and curious children, combining attentive care with thoughtful teaching. Open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Meadowlark offers bright classrooms and three play yards designed to support children’s learning and well-being.

Its age-based programs guide children from infancy through the transition to kindergarten. Hummingbirds and Robins provide nurturing care and developmental experiences for infants and young toddlers, while the Blue Jays, Wrens, and Barn Owls build skills through play and exploration. Activities support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, as well as communication, early literacy, math, science, problem-solving, and growing independence.

Meadowlark’s philosophy emphasizes strong relationships, hands-on learning, play, and intentional interactions between children and teachers. Its mission is to provide a safe, culturally responsive, enriching, and appropriately challenging environment that supports the whole child and fosters a lasting love of learning.
