Fondée par le Pr. Francine Leca, l'Association permet à des enfants défavorisés atteints de malformation cardiaque de se faire opérer en France lorsque cela est impossible chez eux. Hébergés par des familles d'accueil et opérés dans 9 villes de France, 3700 enfants ont déjà été pris en charge depuis 1996.
