MEC Military

M.E.C. (Military European Company) is a watch brand founded in 1956, when Giorgio Giovagnoni registered the name in Geneva. It creates timepieces inspired by instruments used by military forces, combining practical design with durability, reliability and precision. The collection includes manual-winding, quartz and automatic watches, as well as chronographs, Aviometer models, Desert watches and professional diving watches. Named ranges include A.N.A.I.M., Airborn, San Marco Italia, Caimano, Deepwater, Gibraltar and Gruppo Gamma. Since 2007, M.E.C. has partnered with the National Association of Marine Raiders (A.N.A.I.M.) on a dedicated collection.

The brand highlights features such as satin-finished cases, luminous hands or dials, screw-down casebacks, thick crystals and double O-ring crowns. Selected models offer chronographs, power-reserve indicators, 24-hour displays or compasses, while some diving watches are limited editions. M.E.C. says its watches undergo rigorous testing for demanding environments and uses Swiss, Miyota and Seiko movements. The company also provides assistance, repairs and spare parts, alongside warranty and purchasing information through its authorized retailer network.
