About Medartuum AB
Medartuum is a leading importer of pharmaceutical products in Scandinavia. With over 25 years of experience, they have established themselves as a key player in the parallel distribution of medicines. Medartuum operates in compliance with the voluntary agreement between pharmaceutical companies in Sweden, known as Läkemedelsförsäkringen, which ensures patient safety and support for those who have been harmed by medication.
They do not manufacture medications themselves but adapt packaging and leaflets to the Scandinavian market. Medartuum takes advantage of price differences within the EU by importing original pharmaceutical products with lower prices from other EU countries and selling them to pharmacies at a reduced cost. This allows pharmacies to increase their margins and allocate their resources to areas such as new hires, extended opening hours, and additional locations.
