Med City Marathon

Med City Marathon is a community-focused running event based in Rochester, Minnesota, bringing runners, families, volunteers, and local businesses together for a weekend of racing and activities. Presented by ActivePT, the event offers a range of race options, including a full marathon, half marathon, 20-mile race, 5K, relay, Back2Back challenge, and a free kids run. The marathon is chip timed and a Boston qualifier, with course support, water and nutrition stations, awards, and a finish-line celebration featuring live music.
