Medea’s Styling Co., also known as Medea’s Creations, is a Santa Fe, New Mexico, tailoring and design studio specializing in bespoke garment fit, couture alterations, and creative clothing transformations. Led by Medea Maraia, a certified personal stylist with an MFA in Costume Design and 30 years of experience, the studio offers a personal, appointment-led process grounded in technical skill and care.

Services include tailoring for wedding gowns, bridal wear, formal and evening dresses, men’s suits, and designer or high-end clothing. Clients can also request custom-fit work, pattern recreation, or designs that combine elements from multiple garments. Through its Upcycle Couture approach, Medea’s Styling Co. refines, customizes, or reimagines purchased, pre-owned, vintage, and sentimental pieces, helping extend their life while reflecting each wearer’s style.

Projects begin with a conversation about the garment, goals, and timeline, followed by design planning, a focused fitting, and careful in-studio refinement.
