Media Chicas is a non-profit organization dedicated to bridging the gender digital divide. Our mission is to democratize knowledge and promote the inclusion of women in science and technology, fostering a diverse culture. We are tackling the challenges faced by women in the tech industry, addressing issues such as access, representation, and visibility.

Did you know that only 30% of STEM students are women? And that only 3 out of 10 tech workers are female? In response to these disparities, we offer a range of initiatives and programs aimed at transforming the technology landscape. These include events, training programs, advocacy, and research. Our flagship event, the Jump! Technology Conference, promotes gender diversity and inclusivity in the tech field.

Additionally, we have an observatory that provides resources and data on the gender digital gap. We are grateful for the support of our partners, who help us provide hundreds of women with access to training and networking opportunities.
