Het IVM heeft een breed pakket van producten en diensten voor zorginstellingen, zorgverleners, zorgverzekeraars en bedrijven, overheden, patiënten-, belangen-, en beroepsorganisaties. We verspreiden farmaceutische kennis om de farmaceutische zorg, het voorschrijfgedrag en de medicatieveiligheid te verbeteren. Kennis in de vorm van praktijkgerichte adviezen en oplossingen. Vandaar ook onze slogan: IVM maakt je beter. Bij het IVM werken artsen, apothekers, andere medische professionals en experts op het gebied van medicatieprocessen. Onze organisatie wordt in het zorgveld gezien als een onafhankelijke en neutrale partij. Het IVM werkt vanuit een maatschappelijk perspectief, zonder commercieel of beroepsbelang. De klant, en diegenen voor wie de klant zorgt, staan voor ons centraal.
