MEDI-HOME Berlin is a locally focused home care provider serving Lichterfelde and Lichtenrade since 2002. The MEDI-HOME GmbH team supports older adults and people with physical, cognitive or mental health conditions, including dementia and chronic illnesses, in the familiarity of their own homes. Its services include basic personal care, household assistance, respite care, support benefits under Section 45b of Germany’s Social Code Book XI, and consultation under Section 37.
The team also provides treatment-related nursing, such as dressing changes and injections, when prescribed by a doctor. MEDI-HOME advises clients and families on care needs, care classifications, medical prescriptions and potential coverage of costs.
