Mediterraner Garten is a charming ecological garden located in Schwebsingen, Luxembourg, nestled along the picturesque Moselle River. Established in the early 1980s by Charles Roovers and Dieter Lingener, the garden was officially adopted by the Fondation Hëllef fir d'Natur in 2009, continuing its mission to promote ecological gardening practices. The site features a beautiful array of Mediterranean plants, showcased in a serene environment that invites both relaxation and exploration.

In addition to the stunning garden, the center offers a range of activities and educational events throughout the year, focusing on sustainable gardening techniques. The newly renovated building on-site includes a cold house for overwintering container plants and houses a library of horticultural literature accessible to visitors. Open from May 1 to September 30, with special events scheduled throughout the season, Mediterraner Garten is dedicated to fostering community connections and an appreciation for ecological gardening. Whether you're a gardening enthusiast or simply seeking a tranquil escape, this garden provides a unique experience for all.
