Megan McEwen provides personalised support for people living with chronic health conditions that affect their wellbeing, independence and ability to work. Her areas of focus include mental health challenges such as severe depression and anxiety, burnout, chronic pain, fatigue and other conditions. Megan aims to help clients make sense of complex health issues and break cycles of misunderstanding and discouragement.

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, she works with each person to develop a programme suited to their needs, abilities and pace. Support may include a range of practical techniques, both physical and non-physical, to help clients improve their health, regain independence and take greater control of daily life. Her approach also emphasises making technical information accessible, so clients can better understand their circumstances and work towards meaningful progress.

Megan offers several ways to access her services for people in local and more remote areas. Depending on the circumstances, she may visit clients or meet them at facilities across New Zealand where she has established relationships.
