Mehr als bewegen

Mehr als bewegen is a private physiotherapy practice in Rosenheim founded by Petra, a physiotherapist and sports and gymnastics instructor. Guided by the idea that wellbeing involves more than movement, the practice combines personal treatment with small-group classes focused on pregnancy, postpartum recovery and prevention. Its offerings include fitdankbaby courses for expectant parents, mothers and babies, toddlers, older children, outdoor and aquatic settings, as well as sessions for fathers. Classes are available with or without children and are designed to support participants at different stages of family life.

The practice also offers pelvic floor courses, including BeBo® classes, pregnancy fitness, preventive exercise and workplace sport. Individual services include physiotherapy, pelvic floor assessments, therapy focused on the body’s core, one-to-one training and massages. Mehr als bewegen places personal wellbeing at the centre of its approach, combining exercise, practical guidance and therapeutic care.
