Meijendelloop

The Meijendelloop is an esteemed annual running event held every November in the scenic dunes of Meijendel, organized by The Hague Road Runners. This 25-kilometer race, celebrated as one of the finest in the Netherlands, offers participants an invigorating course through picturesque landscapes, ideal for running. The 14th edition is set for November 30, 2024, with the race commencing at 8:00 AM from the visitors center, "de Tapuit."

The course features stunning views as it winds through Wassenaar and the coastline, including a hydration station at the 12 km mark. Post-race, finishers can enjoy complimentary coffee and apple pie at the Meijendel farm while relaxing by the fire. Each participant receives a commemorative running shirt.

Registration opens on October 5, 2024, and participants can contribute to the "Lopen voor Water" project in Kenya through their entry fees. With a cap of 385 runners, spots fill quickly, making early registration essential. Join the experience of running amidst nature and support a great cause!
