Migränefrei

Meike Statkus is a migraine coaching and support practice serving people in Cologne and online. Founded by Meike, a migraine coach and former chronic migraine sufferer, the service helps clients understand how migraine affects their work and daily lives and develop practical ways to manage its challenges. Its approach complements medical care rather than replacing it, and makes no promises of a cure.

Services include one-to-one coaching for everyday life and work, support for people with migraine and tension headaches, and Migräne Relax, offered as a program and membership. The practice also provides workplace coaching, training and consulting for employers seeking to support employees with migraine; employers may cover coaching costs. Books and courses extend the available resources, while a free meditation and newsletter offer additional support.

Meike Statkus emphasizes an individualized, empathetic approach that helps clients explore patterns, stressors and their relationship with migraine. The goal is to support greater confidence, improved quality of life and a more manageable balance across professional and personal responsibilities.
