Petra Haun’s Meine Entspannung is a health and wellbeing practice offering personal time and mindful bodywork for pregnant women, mothers and women navigating change. Based in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, with an additional location at Netzwerk für Gesundheit in Munich, the practice provides appointments by arrangement. Its services include pregnancy support, restorative time for mothers, individual guidance, massage and relaxation-focused bodywork. The approach is holistic and attentive, helping clients find calm, self-regulation and renewed vitality through demanding or changing life stages.

Petra Haun draws on experience as a medical assistant, skincare specialist, nutrition adviser, autogenic training instructor, RESET jaw-balance practitioner and massage therapist for women in special life phases. This background informs a practice that combines medical knowledge, mindful touch and health-oriented methods. Individual consultation is offered rather than a standard treatment routine, and services may include aloe vera care for the baby bump. Gift vouchers are available for those wishing to give someone a restorative break. Payments can be made by card or cash at the practice.
