Meitheal Architects

Meitheal Architects is an award-winning Irish architecture and urban design practice with offices in Dublin, Cork and Kerry. Its name comes from an Irish tradition of neighbours and communities working together, reflecting the practice’s collaborative approach to design. Meitheal describes its work as building together, with collaboration at the core of its philosophy and a focus on sustainable design.

The practice works across housing, healthcare and hospitality, bringing architectural and urban design expertise to projects in these sectors. Its services include supporting projects through planning, as illustrated by recent planning successes and approval for a primary care centre. Meitheal also highlights technical capability in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital delivery, with all technical staff trained in these areas.

The firm reports more than 24 years delivering sustainable design, a high level of repeat business and referrals, and extensive collective industry experience. Its team works with clients and communities to shape built environments, combining design expertise, technical delivery and a cooperative spirit.
